Heat up a small portion of the wine (e.g. 100 ml) and bring to a boil. Complete dissolve the honey in it.
Reduce to a simmer, add the remaining ingredients (not the rest of the wine!), put a lid on and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid, and add the rest of the wine to the spiced liquid. Put the wine in the fridge and chill.
